There are NO GRANT MONIES for the remaining 120 acres not accounted for on Tam O’Shanter.  Will Tam O’Shanter Company be approaching Jackson Township Zoning again and ask for these 120 acres to be zoned B3 as well?  What if Stark Parks is unable to complete the purchase of the 80 acres?  Will Tam O’Shanter Company be asking for a rezone of these 80 acres also? There are TOO many unanswered questions to BLINDLY allow 62 acres to be rezoned B3.
